Mershav Neshima BaEmek ("Breathing Space in the Valley"), based in our sister city region of Afula-Gilboa, Israel, is a community program dedicated to supporting those living with the invisible wounds of trauma. It serves both individuals and families, recognizing how deeply war and trauma affect spouses and children as well. Through a clinician-led, inclusive approach and meaningful therapeutic experiences offered free of charge, the program addresses post-traumatic stress, rebuilds resilience, strengthens connections, and ensures no one has to heal alone.
